Operation Christmas Child at Pebble Creek Baptist Church
Pebble Creek Baptist Church is excited to partner once again with Operation Christmas Child (OCC) to share the hope of Jesus Christ with children around the world. In the coming year, our church goal is to pack over 400 shoeboxes, and we’ll be working toward that goal all year long by collecting specific items each month. All items collected during the year with be used to pack boxes during our annual packing party in November.
OCC is about much more than gifts. Each shoebox is a tangible expression of God’s love. When a child receives a box, they are also introduced to the Good News of Jesus Christ through The Greatest Gift bible study. The shoebox recipients are invited to participate in, a 12-lesson discipleship program that teaches them how to follow Christ and share Him with others. Graduates receive a New Testament in their own language—often the first Bible their family has ever owned.
